Quick BD Menu features

  • Creation of a complete BD menu with just a few clicks — the program generates a simple menu template by default. You can start working with a ready-made menu without wasting any time; all you need to do is add or change the menu buttons. This saves time compared with creating a menu from scratch. By default, the menu contains templates for audio and subpicture submenus.
  • Requires no knowledge of navigation commands or the BD specification — the software is designed for casual users and requires no special knowledge.
  • Output file in IES format, along with an intermediate project file — Quick BD Menu generates an IES file ready to use in several of the most popular BD authoring platforms: Scenarist, DoStudio and EasyBD. The tool checks the correctness of the output file against the BD specification.
  • An easy and understandable user interface — the user interface shows the BD menu in a tree format. This allows you to switch quickly between the submenu pages and to see the entire structure while editing.
  • Replacing the background with your own images — the tool allows you to set your own background images for any menu button, using the JPG, PNG and BMP image formats.
  • Easy creation of BD interactive menu buttons — the button text color, size and font are easy to edit. This is possible in any of the three states: normal, active or selected.
  • Main or pop-up menus — the program can create any possible interactive menu type. The pop-up menu has a function for tracking the movie position in order to highlight the current chapter.
