HD Files Splitter Freeware

HD Splitter is a small tool intended for splitting and merging High Definition Blu-ray audio and video files. HD Splitter works with AC3, EC3, DTS, DTS-HD, WAV (PCM), MLP, M2V, AVC and VC-1.

The tool provides two ways of setting times: in milliseconds (real-time mode) and in video frames according to the video format. The following video frame rates are supported: 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 50 and 59.94. You can also take times from the durations of existing files — for example, if you want to split a source file to match existing files.

The program has two main modes: "Split every file from list" and "Merge all files before". In the first case, the program divides every file into pieces according to the durations previously set by the user. In the second mode, the program merges several files of the same format into a single file and then proceeds with splitting.

HD Splitter analyzes and parses absolutely all audio and video formats used in HD DVD or Blu-ray. You can see all the useful format information by clicking a file in the main window.

HD Splitter has two useful additional tools: dividing MLP and AC3 files, and correcting AVC files.
